The goal fo the app was to provide a tool for teachers and students from the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente to search and reserve books and/or indexed magazines from the university library.

The brief specified the app must include the following sections:

• Information section with all books/magazines the library own.
• Bookings made by the teacher/student with information like the return date.
• A QR code scanner for users in situs to scan the code from a physical book in order to see its information and make a reservation.
• A location finder, so the users can type the book/magazine name and see where it is available within the three university campuses.
